Handset settings Answering system settings Announcement Outgoing announcements play when calls are answered by the answering system. The telephone has a prerecorded outgoing announcement, "Hello. About caller ID This product supports caller ID services that most local telephone service companies provide. Depending on your service subscription, you might see the caller's number, or the caller's name and number from the telephone company after the first or second ring.
