ASSEMBLY Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. Refer to the drawings below to identify small parts used in assembly. Assembly requires an adjustable wrench (not included). I 3/8" x 1 1/2" Washer (28)-1 0 Incline Leg Nut (15)-2 0 O 3/8" x 1" Bolt (18)-1 5/16" Washer (26)-2 0 Incline Leg Bolt (13)-2 Flange Nut (48)-2 3/8" x 1 3/4" Bolt (2)-2 5/16" x 2 3/4" Bolt (49)-2 O 0 1. Insert an Incline Leg (72) into the bracket on one side of the Frame (59). Align the hole in the Incline Leg with the hole in the bracket. Insert an Incline Leg Bolt (13) through the bracket and the Incline Leg. Tighten an Incline Leg Nut (15) onto the Bolt. Attach the other Incline Leg (not shown) to the other side of the Frame in the same manner. 2. Raise the Upright (11) to the vertical position. Insert the 3/8" x 1" 2 Bolt (18), with the 3/8" x 1 1/2" Washer (28), into the lower end of the Upright. Finger tighten the Bolt into the Frame (59). 59 72 15 13 11 18 28 3. Rotate the Console (3) to the position shown. Tighten the Console Pivot Nut (81) on the Console Pivot Bolt (29). Note: The Console Pivot Nut and the Console Pivot Bolt are preattached; they are shown for Identification purposes. Hold the upper end of the Right Handrail (10) under the Console (3). Insert a 3/8" x 1 3/4" Bolt (2) up into the Right Handrail, and finger tighten the Bolt into the plate under the Console. Attach the Left Handrail (1) in the same manner. 3 81 2 3 29 ••• 10 5
