The selection you make depends on the action you took in step 3: • If you set the Port Timeout in Seconds to 10, you can select either option; however, spooling is faster. • If you set the Port Timeout in Seconds to 5, select the Print directly to the printer option. 30. To confirm the connection, print a test page. Select the General tab in the Properties dialog box. Select the Print Test Page button. 31. Perform one of the following: • Select OK if the job printed normally. • Select the Troubleshoot button if the page did not print or did not print correctly. Follow the Troubleshooting wizard to diagnose and solve the problem. 32. Select Close to exit the Printer Properties dialog box. Configure any options installed on your printer.
