OPI (Open PrePress Interface) OPI is a process to replace low-resolution images with highresolution images at RIP time. This speeds up job submission time because you can submit a job with the low-resolution images much faster than with high-resolution images. OPI is covered in more detail in Chapter 4:Using Color Tools. DRIs (Display Resolution Images) The option exists in the Job: Properties tab to save the DRIs embedded in a job.
