Quick Guide 2 Set the parameters by pressing the [2π†]-[7π†] buttons. VOLUME Determines the level of the metronome sound. SOUND Determines which sound is used for the metronome. Bell Off Conventional metronome sound, with no bell. Bell On Conventional metronome sound, with bell. English Voice ...... Count in English German Voice .... Count in German Japanese Voice ... Count in Japanese French Voice....... Count in French Spanish Voice ..... Count in Spanish TIME SIGNATURE Determines the time signature of the metronome sound. Playing Various Voices The Clavinova features a variety of Voices such as strings or wind instruments, including exceptionally realistic piano Voices. Playing Preset Voices The preset Voices are categorized and contained in appropriate folders. Voice buttons on the panel correspond to the categories of the preset Voices. For example, press the [PIANO] button to display various piano Voices. ORGAN FLUTES n About the various Voices Refer to the Voice List in the separate Data List booklet. 1 Press the PART ON/OFF [RIGHT 1] button to turn the right-hand part on. The Voice selected here is the RIGHT 1 Voice. For the Voice part, see page 73. 2 Press one of the VOICE buttons to select a Voice category and call up the Voice selection display. ORGAN FLUTES 3 Press the TAB [√] button to select the PRESET display. n The Voice type and its defining characteristics are indicated above the Preset Voice name.
