Removing the HY Card 1. Make sure that both power indicators are off. Caution Installing or removing a card while the power is on may lead to component failure or electric shock. 2. Completely loosen the screws that hold the card in place. 3. Unlock the card by pressing the red button on the card installation lever. 4. Press down the card installation lever to pull out the card. 5. Replace the stored slot cover and affix it with the screws. Power Supply Connecting the AC Power Cord 1. Turn off both power switches A and B on the unit. 2. Connect one of the supplied power cords to AC IN connector (A), and the other to AC IN connector (B). 3. Connect the other end of each power cord to an AC outlet. NOTE • To disconnect the power cords, remove the cables in the order of steps 1➝3➝2 in the procedure described above. • To disconnect the power cord, remove it while pressing the latch on the plug. Warning Use only the supplied AC power cords. Using other cables may lead to overheating or electric shock. Caution Be sure to turn off the power to the unit before connecting or disconnecting the power cord. NOTICE Even when the power switches are turned off, a small amount of current is flowing through the unit. If you plan not to use the unit for a long period of time, be sure to remove the power cords from the AC outlets. Turning the Power On and Off When you turn on the power to the unit, be sure to turn on the power to the power amplifier last to avoid speaker damage. Before you turn off the power to the unit, first turn off the power to the power amplifier. NOTE To maintain power supply redundancy, turn both power switches A and B ON or OFF together. Removing the HY Card
1.
Make sure that both power indicators are off.
Caution
Installing or removing a card while the power is on may
lead to component failure or electric shock.
2.
Completely loosen the screws that hold the
card in place.
3.
Unlock the card by pressing the red button on
the card installation lever.
4.
Press down the card installation lever to pull
out the card.
5.
Replace the stored slot cover and affix it with
the screws.
Connecting the AC Power
Cord
1.
Turn off both power switches A and B on the
unit.
2.
Connect one of the supplied power cords to
AC IN connector (A), and the other to AC IN
connector (B).
3.
Connect the other end of each power cord to
an AC outlet.
NOTE
To disconnect the power cords, remove the cables in the
order of steps 1
