The Easy Way to Play Piano Make Use of the Score in the Melody Type. If you want to play the melody with the correct rhythm, use the onscreen score feature. Displaying the Score. After performing steps 1 to 4 on page 40, press the [SCORE] button. The melody score will appear. Marker Chord Melody The marker will indicate the current position in the score during playback. If you play a key each time the marker appears above a note in the score you will be able to play the melody with the correct "original" rhythm. Play while watching the marker ● Songs That Can Be Used With the performance assistant technology. When the Chord type is selected the performance assistant technology can only be used with songs that include chord data. When the Melody type is selected the performance assistant technology will only work with songs that include melody data. In order to find out if a song includes the required data, first select the song and then press the [SCORE] button. If chords appear on the display when you press the [SCORE] button you can use the Chord type or any combination type that includes the Chord type. If melody appear on the display when you press the [SCORE] button you can use the Melody type or any combination type that includes the Melody type. ● External Songs and the performance assistant technology. Songs downloaded from the Internet can also be used with the performance assistant technology as long as they include the required chord and/or melody data. If you want to play the melody with the correct rhythm, use the onscreen
score feature.
Displaying the Score.
After performing steps 1 to 4 on page 40, press the [SCORE] button.
The melody score will appear.

Songs That Can Be Used With the performance assistant technology.
When the Chord type is selected the performance assistant technology can only be used with songs that
include chord data. When the Melody type is selected the performance assistant technology will only
work with songs that include melody data. In order to find out if a song includes the required data, first
select the song and then press the [SCORE] button. If chords appear on the display when you press the
[SCORE] button you can use the Chord type or any combination type that includes the Chord type. If
melody appear on the display when you press the [SCORE] button you can use the Melody type or any
combination type that includes the Melody type.
External Songs and the performance assistant technology.
Songs downloaded from the Internet can also be used with the performance assistant technology as
long as they include the required chord and/or melody data.
