CHAPTER 30 Cluster Management This chapter introduces cluster management. 30.1 Clustering Management Status Overview Cluster Management allows you to manage switches through one switch, called the cluster manager. The switches must be directly connected and be in the same VLAN group so as to be able to communicate with one another. Cluster Manager The switch through which you manage the cluster member switches. Cluster Members The switches being managed by the cluster manager switch.
