This featureprevents the engine from operating too at many revolutions per minute (rprn). When the engine's rpm are criticallyhigh, the fuel supply to the engine is shut off. When the engine speed slows, the fuel supply will come on again. This helps prevent damage to the engine. Warning lights come on when there may be or is a problem with one of your vehicle's functions.
