2-24 Keys, Doors, and Windows If the vehicle is shifted into R (Reverse) when the sunshade is extended, it will automatically close. When the vehicle is shifted into D (Drive), the sunshade will not automatically extend. Press and release the switch to extend the sunshade. If equipped, the rear seat center armrest may have rear window sunshade buttons. Rear Passenger Door Sunshades Attach it to the hooks at the top of the window. To close the sunshade, use the handle to release it from the hooks and roll it down. Roof Sunroof For vehicles equipped with a sunroof, the ignition must be in ON/ RUN or ACC/ACCESSORY, or in Retained Accessory Power (RAP) to operate the sunroof and power sunshade.
