Seats Driver's Seat Power Height Adjustment U.S. EX and Canadian SE Head Restraints They are most effective when you adjust them so the back of the occupant's head rests against the center of the restraint. The front and rear head restraints adjust for height. You need both hands to adjust the restraint. Do not attempt to adjust it while driving. To raise it, pull upward. To lower the restraint, push the release button and push the restraint down. RELEASE BUTTON Instruments and Controls The height of your driver's seat is power adjustable. Pull up on the switch to raise the seat. Push it down to lower the seat. Make all adjustments before you start driving. See page 15 for important safety information and a warning about how to properly position the head restraints. Your vehicle is equipped with head restraints in all seating positions to help protect you and your passengers from whiplash and other injuries. 87
