04 06.30 INTERIOR EQUIPMENT GLOVE BOX GARAGE DOOR OPENER The garage door opener (HomeLinkR Universal Transceiver) is manufactured under license from HomeLinkR and can be programmed to operate garage doors, gates, entry doors, door locks, home lighting systems, and security systems, etc. SS14012 (a) Programming the HomeLinkR " 1 Unlock 2 Open 3 Lock To open the glove box door, pull the lever. To lock the glove box door, insert the master key and turn it clockwise. With the tail lights on, the glove box light will come on when the glove box door is open. SV14007 " 1 Buttons 2 Indicator light CAUTION To reduce the chance of injury in case of an accident or a sudden stop, always keep the glove box door closed while driving. The HomeLinkR in your vehicle has 3 buttons and you can store one program for each button. To ensure correct programming into the HomeLinkR, install a new battery in the hand- held transmitter prior to programming. 66
