To START the Elapsed Time count when it is stopped without resetting the counter, briefly press the reset control for less than 2 seconds. To reset the elapsed time counter, hold the reset control down until the count reads 00:00:00 (about 2 seconds). systems, the M/C will indicate either an OK message or a warning message for two seconds.
