Getting started Driving Turn signals and high beam The combination switch is on the left of the steering column. High beam Push the combination switch forward. The high beam headlamps are switched on. The high beam headlamp indicator A in the instrument cluster comes on. For more information, see "High beam flasher" ( page 121). Windshield wipers The combination switch is located on the left of the steering column. Combination switch Combination switch 1 Turn signals, right 2 Turn signals, left Press the combination switch up 1 or down 2. 1 Single wipe 2 Switching on windshield wipers Make sure the ignition is switched on. i To signal minor directional changes, move combination switch to point of resistance only and release. The turn signal flashes three times. 47
