Driver Controls Deactivating overdrive Overdrive can be deactivated by pressing the Transmission Control Switch (TCS) on the gearshift handle. The Transmission Control Indicator Light O/D will illuminate on the OFF instrument cluster. The transmission will operate in all gears except overdrive. Deactivating overdrive
