OPERATION Cold Weather Operation Internal engine condensation increases as outside temperatures decrease. If the vehicle is used year-round, check the oil level frequently. A rising oil level could indicate condensation in the bottom of the oil tank, which can lead to engine damage. Any condensation must be drained. Always operate the engine long enough to reach operating temperature, which reduces condensation. See your POLARIS dealer for engine heater kits, which provide quicker warm-ups and easier starting in cold weather.
