Head Restraints The head restraints on both the front and rear seats are adjustable. Press the button at the base of the head restraint to lower it. Pull up on the restraint to raise it. Adjust the head restraint so that the top of the restraint is closest to the top of your head. This position reduces the chance of a neck injury in a crash. 1-4
