24 www.aeg.com Problem Possible cause The load size is small. The drying cycle is too short. The laundry is too dry. Remedy Select a time programme. The time value must be related to the load. To dry one item or a small amount of laundry we recommend short drying times. Select an appropriate time pro‐ gramme or a higher dryness level (e.g. extra dry) The filter is clogged. Clean the filter. The load is too large. Do not exceed the maximum load size. Drying cycle too long 5) The laundry was not spun suffi‐ ciently. Too low or too high room tempera‐ ture - this is not the appliance mal‐ function. Spin the laundry well in the wash‐ ing machine. Ensure a room temperature higher than +5°C and lower than +35°C. Clogged filter makes drying inefficient. • The airflow slots are clogged. • The humidity sensor is dirty. • The drum is dirty. • Inadequate default dryness level settings.
