Aastra 677x (OpenPhone 7x) System Telephones Key Assignments Proceed as follows to label the insert: ■ Slide the cover up to remove it. Remove the label strip. ■ Replace the printed strips. ■ Insert the cover in the slot and slide it down until it snaps into place. Printing Label Strips You can program destination keys and print paper label strips for an Aastra 6771/ OpenPhone 71, Aastra 6773/OpenPhone 73, Aastra 6773ip/OpenPhone 73 IP and a Key extension of the type Aastra M671/KeyExtension 73P via the communication system's Web configuration programme. To be able to do this, you must belong to a user group which is authorised to use the Web configuration programme. 1. Open a Web Browser and enter the configuration system's IP address. 2. Enter your user name and password. 3. Call up the user administration and go to the menu Private telephone book, My data and terminals. Note: Your system administrator will provide you with the access data you need (IP address, user name and password). Key Labelling on the Display The keys to the left of the display are also freely programmable (one key on the Aastra 6771/OpenPhone 71, three keys on the Aastra 6773/OpenPhone 73, nine keys on the Aastra 6775/OpenPhone 75). These keys are labelled with a default text that you can change during or after programming. One of these keys is preprogrammed as a device key (see dazu Device Key (Call Key 1) starting on page 20), and the text for this key can also be changed. The key labelling also appears in the display on the Key extension Aastra M676/KeyExtension 75D. Please see the chapter on Key extensions starting on page 32 for more information on the key extensions mentioned above. 23
