Go through the following lists if you encounter any problems. If the checklists do not solve the problem, contact the system administrator. If others have similar problems, there may be a system error. Table 12 Operational problems Fault Probable cause Action or comment No display The battery level is low or the phone is defective. Charge the battery. Change the screen saver settings as described in Screen saver page 108. Contact system administrator. No ringing The mute icon is shown in the display, or ringer volume set to silent, or the phone is defective. Make a long press on , or increase volume. Not possible to switch off handset by long pressing the On-hook key A handset restriction preventing the user to switch off the handset.
