DVD MENU OPTIONS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES - Disc menu language selection Select your preferred language for the disc menus and DVD messages. (The disc must contain the selected language.) Ⱝ Press the Setup button and then use ˭ ˮ  buttons to select DISC MENU. Ⱟ Press the Enter or ʼbutton and then the ˭   ˮbuttons to select your desired language. ⰱ Press the Enter button. The menus and on-screen displays will appear in the selected language. ⰳ Press the Setup button to exit this menu. - Changing the password Ⱝ Press the Setup button and then use ˭ ˮ  buttons to select PASSWORD. Ⱟ Press the ʼbutton and then use number buttons to key in a 4-digit password. ⰱ Press the 4 digit password for old password and enter a new 4 digit for new password. Enter it again. - Parental Control Setup Use to block viewing of unsuitable discs. Ⱝ Press the Setup button and then use ˭ ˮ  buttons to select PARENTAL. Ⱟ Press the ʼbutton and then use number buttons to key in a 4-digit password. Be sure to remember the password. If you key in an incorrect number, press the Setup button and start over. ⰱ Use the ˭ ˮbuttons to set the restriction level from 1 to 8. Viewing becomes more restricted as the number decreases. • 1: Kid safe • 2: G (General audience) • 3: PG (Parental audience suggested) • 4: PG-13 (13 years and older) • 5: PG-R • 6: R (Restricted) • 7: NC-17 (18 years and older) • 8: Adult (Adults only) ⰳ Press the Setup button to resume normal playback. ⰳ Press the Setup button to exit this menu.
