Allows you to set the level of ECC protection.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Basic] [Good] [Super] [Max] [User]
The following items become user-configurable when you set
ECC Mode
to [User].
DRAM ECC Enable [Enabled]
DRAM ECC allows hardware to report and correct memory errors automatically and
maintains the system integrity. This item becomes configurable when you set
ECC
Mode
to [User]. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
DRAM SCRUB REDIRECT [Disabled]
DRAM SCRUB REDIRECT allows the system to correct DRAM ECC errors
immediately when errors occur, even when the background scrubbing is on.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
4-Bit ECC Mode [Enabled]
Allows you to enable or disable the 4-Bit ECC Mode.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
DRAM BG Scrub [Disabled]
DRAM scrubbing corrects the memory errors when the memory is being used and
improves performance when the memory is not being used.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [40ns] [80ns] [160ns] [320ns] [640ns] [1.28us]
