The LED lights up when you turn on the system power, and blinks when the system is in sleep mode. • Message LED (2-pin MLED) This lead connects to the message LED cable on the front panel and indicates the booting status. The LED blinks when the system is in the boot process until the operating system is loaded. • System warning speaker (4-pin SPEAKER) This lead connects to the case-mounted speaker and allows you to hear system beeps and warnings. • Hard disk activity (2-pin HD_LED) This lead connects the HDD LED cable. The read or write activities of the device connected to the any of IDE connectors cause the IDE LED to light up. • Power switch / Soft-off switch (2-pin PWRBTN) This lead connects a switch that controls the system power. Pressing the power switch turns the system between ON and SLEEP, or ON and SOFT OFF, depending on the BIOS or OS settings. System Power LED (3-pin PLED)
This lead connects to the system power LED.
The LED lights up when
you turn on the system power, and blinks when the system is in sleep
mode.
Message LED (2-pin MLED)
This lead connects to the message LED cable on the front panel and
