PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ICE MAKER? You can solve many common ice maker problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call. Try the suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the servicer. Problem The compressor works abnormally with a buzzing Noise. Add Water indicator Light is on. Ice full indicator light is on. Indicator lights are off. The ice made is too large and with pieces sticking together. Conditions for ice making cycle are right but no ice is made. Ice Jam Indicator light turns on when first plugged in. Ice Full (Amber) and Add Water (Amber) indicator lights are on. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE Possible Cause Suggested Solutions The voltage is lower than Stop the ice maker and do not restart recommended. until the voltage is normal.
