Installing the Notebook Network Card Drivers for Windows 98/Me 1. Insert the PCMCIA card into your Notebook PC. Turn on the power to the PC. After Windows 98/Me starts up, the "Add New Hardware Wizard" will begin. Click "Next". 2. When asked, "What do you want Windows to do?" select "Search for the best driver for your device.
