Remote control does not work. Cause The battery is out of power. There is an obstacle between the remote control and the projector. You are too far away from the projector. Remedy Replace the battery with a new one. Remove the obstacle. Stand within 6 meters (~ 20 feet) of the projector. Unable to use wireless connection. Cause Remedy The wireless connection modes between the projector and computer do not match. The wireless settings are not properly configured. The wireless signal is too weak. There are other wireless networks nearby. Change the wireless connection mode on the projector by pressing the SWAP or MODE/ SWAP button according to the wireless capability of your computer. Check the wireless settings of your computer. See "Preparing your computer for wireless connection" on page 29 for details. Move the computer to a location with better signal reception.
