The Bright setting is useful for use in brightly-lit areas, however, battery power is consumed at a faster rate. 1. Tap Menu , then tap Setup . 2. Tap LCD Brightness . 3. Tap Bright or Normal . 7.5 Sound The Sound function enables you to toggle system sound effects (such as the beep when tapping or scrolling) on or off. 1. Tap Menu , then tap Setup . 2. Tap Sound . 3. Tap On or Off . Note • The shutter and warning sounds cannot be turned off. 7.6 File No. Reset The DC E41 automatically assigns incrementing numbers to the file names of all photos, movie clips, and sound clips that you record.
