Before Calling for Service Before calling Customer Service, consider the suggestions and instructions below: 9 WARNING RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK Incorrect repairs are dangerous.Repairs must only be carried out by one of our trained customer service technicians. Incorrect repairs to your appliance may present considerable risks for the user. Fault The appliance does not work. The oven cannot be switched off. The clock display flashes. The oven does not heat. The door glass is broken. Fruit juice or albumen stains on enameled surfaces. The oven stops operating in the middle of a program, and the cooling fan continues to run at high speed even when function selector is set to Off position. Possible cause Faulty fuse Power failure Electronics are faulty Power failure Faulty fuse Function selector not set Moist cake or meat juices Problem with thermostat Notes/remedy Look in the fuse box and check that the circuit breaker for the range is in working order.
