2. In the following 5 seconds, press the + or - symbols. The basic setting appears: + symbol = heat setting 9 - symbol = heat setting 4 Switching off the cooking element 3. To change the heat setting: Press the + or - symbol until the desired heat setting appears. NOTICE: The selected heat setting will flash if no pan is placed on the induction cooking element. After a certain time, the cooking element switches off. Press the + or - symbol until 0 appears. The cooking element is switched off and the residual heat indicator is displayed. 16
