Running multiple applications can reduce the amount of internal resources available to transmit audio. Closing non-essential applications may improve audio quality. • Try turning off WiFi to improve audio quality. • Try unpairing your Bluetooth device from the SoundLink® speaker and then re-pairing the two. This action can possibly clear issues that might have occurred during initial device pairing. • Reset the SoundLink® speaker: Press the mute button for 10 seconds. Your Bluetooth device is disconnected and the SoundLink® speaker turns off. • Turn the SoundLink® speaker off and back on. • Make sure your connected device is on and playing. • Press the AUX button and check that the AUX source indicator is on. • Make sure the 3 mm plug is fully inserted into the SoundLink® speaker. • Increase the volume level on the device. • Increase the SoundLink® speaker volume. • Reduce the volume level on the AUX source. • Make sure the 3 mm plug is fully inserted into the SoundLink® speaker. 23
