Chapter 1 Preparation of Embroidery Machine 3-2 Installation of Machine t q r e w 1. Place an adjustment bolt base r, a rubber cushion 10 e (provided with the machine), and PE sheet w under each of four adjustment bolts M20 q. The adjustment bolt base must be on the rubber cushion. 2. Fit four adjustment bolts M20 q into the conical dents of adjustment bolt bases r, and adjust the embroidery machine in height. The adjustment must be made in such a manner that the four bolts are under an equal load when the machine is placed down. (To lower adjustment bolt M20 q, turn it in the direction of the arrow.) Also, the casters should be raised by several millimeters. 3. After adjusting four adjustment bolts M20 q, turn nuts M20 t in the direction of the arrow to fasten them. Note) If the floor is not strong enough, the embroidery machine may be rocked during operation. In such a case, it is recommended that a secure base of concrete be placed below the embroidery machine. 22 BES-963BC • BES-1263BC

1.
Place an adjustment bolt base
