Resolution The number of vertical and horizontal lines per inch. See: Standard, Fine, Super Fine and Photo. Ring Delay The number of rings before the machine answers in Fax Only, Fax/Tel and MC:Msg Ctr mode. Ring Volume Volume setting for the machine's ring. Scanning (MFC-620CN only) The process of sending an electronic image of a paper document into your computer. Scan to Card (MFC-620CN only) You can scan a black and white or color document into a Media Card. Black and white images will be in TIFF or PDF file format and color images may be in PDF or JPEG file format.
