The upper scanner, imprinter cover, and endorser ED600 cover
are open (with the optional imprinter and endorser ED600
installed).
Remedy
Close all covers.

Cause
Double feed detected by the document length.
Remedy
Check the document against the scanned image, and scan the
document again.

d04
Cause
Double feed detected by the ultrasonic.
Remedy
Check the document against the scanned image, and scan the
document again.

Double feed detected by the document length and the
ultrasonic.
Remedy
Check the document against the scanned image, and scan the
document again.

Remedy
