CHAPTER 5 I. INTRODUCTION A. Initial Check Check if the operating environment conforms to the following conditions. 1. Line voltage is within ±10% of the rated value. 2. Ambient temperature and humidity conform to the operating environment. (Refer to CHAPTER 1, II. SPECIFICATIONS) 3. The scanner is not installed near a water faucet, boiler, humidifier, open flame, or in dusty place. 4. The scanner is not exposed to direct sunlight. If it must be installed by a window, hang a curtain to block direct sunlight. 5. The scanner is installed in a well-ventilated place. B.
