You can also edit out the movie's first and last scenes, and play back the still photos and movies on the card in an automatic slide show. A movie edited with a computer cannot be rewritten to the card and played back with the camera. However, video snapshot albums edited with EOS Video Snapshot Task (p.171) can be played on the camera. Playback and Editing with a Computer (p.319) The movie files recorded on the card can be transferred to a computer and played back with ImageBrowser EX (EOS software). To have the movie play back smoothly on a computer, use a highperformance computer. Regarding the computer hardware requirements for ImageBrowser EX, refer to the ImageBrowser EX User Guide (PDF). If you want to use commercially-available software to play back or edit the movies, be sure it is compatible with MOV files.
