Registering Recipients in Group Dial If you register two or more registered recipients to a group dial, you can send the same document successively to all recipients registered to the group dial. 1. Make sure that printer is turned on. 2. Select FAX on the HOME screen. Using the Operation Panel The Fax standby screen is displayed. 3. Select Function list. The Function list screen is displayed. 4. Select TEL number registration. 5. Select Directory registration. The screen to select an ID number is displayed. Note • If you already registered the recipients, the recipients' name is displayed next to the ID number.
