DOT1X Messages Chapter 2 Message and Recovery Procedures Error Message DOT1X-5-ERR_VLAN_NOT_FOUND: Attempt to assign non-existent [chars] VLAN [chars] to dot1x port [chars]. Explanation This message means that an attempt to assign a VLAN to a supplicant on a port fails because the VLAN was not found in the VTP database. [chars] is the port number. Recommended Action Make sure that the VLAN exists, or use another VLAN. Error Message
DOT1X-5-ERR_VLAN_NOT_FOUND: Attempt to assign non-existent [chars]
VLAN [chars] to dot1x port [chars].
Explanation
This message means that an attempt to assign a VLAN to a supplicant on a port fails
