English Getting Started Connecting Power The CXR190-1G operates on 2 x "AAA" batteries. Loading Batteries 1. Open the Battery Compartment Cover. 2. Insert 2 x "AAA" batteries, taking care to match the "+" and "-" battery polarities with the markings inside the compartment. 1 2 3 3. Close the Battery Compartment Cover. The battery used in this device may present a fire or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not disassemble, incinerate, or heat the battery. Use only the size and type of batteries specified. Do not try to charge batteries that are not intended to be recharged. Follow the battery manufacturer's directions. Do not install the batteries with their polarities reversed; this may damage the unit. If the unit will not be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries to prevent damage or injury from possible leakage. Never remove the batteries while the unit is recording.
