KNOWYOURSCREWDRIVER See Figure 1. The safe use of this product requires an understanding of the information on the product and in this operator's manual as well as a knowledge of the project you are attempting. Before use of this product, familiarize yourself with all operating features and safety rules. BIT STORAGE Bits provided with the screwdriver can be placed in the storage area, located on the base of the screwdriver. LED WORKLIGHT The LED worklight, located on the front of the tool, illuminates when the switch trigger is depressed. This provides extra light for increased visibility. STICK/PISTOL COMBINATION SCREWDRIVER The screwdriver has been designed so that it can be operated as a stick screwdriver or a pistol screwdriver. SWITCH The screwdriver is equipped with a rocker type switch which turns the screwdriver ON and OFF. This switch also controls the forward and reverse feature. TORQUE ADJUSTMENT RING Your screwdriver has a 24-position clutch. The torque adjustment ring can be turned to select the right amount of torque for the application. TWO-SPEED GEAR TRAIN The two-speed gear train is designed for drilling or driving at LO or HI speeds. A slide switch is located on top of your screwdriver for selecting either LO or Hi speed. UNPACKING This product has been shipped completely assembled. • Carefully remove the product and any accessories from the box. Make sure that all items listed in the packing list are included. • Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping. • Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated the product. • If any parts are damaged or missing, please call 1-800-932-3188 for assistance.
