3.35. LinkMonitor Chapter 3. Configuration Reference 3.35. LinkMonitor Description The Link Monitor allows the system to monitor one or more hosts and take action if they are unreachable. Properties Action Addresses MaxLoss PingInterval InitGracePeriod UseSharedIP Comments Specifies what action the system should take. Specifies the addresses that should be monitored. A single host is considered unreachable if this number of consecutive ping responses to that host are not replied to. (Default: 7) Milliseconds between each monitor attempt. (Default: 250) Do not allow triggering of the link monitor for this number of seconds after the last reconfiguration. (Default: 45) Use the shared IP of an HA cluster instead of the private IP of the node. (Default: No) Text describing the current object. (Optional) Note If no Index is specified when creating an instance of this type, the object will be placed last in the list and the Index will be equal to the length of the list. 142
