Resetting the DI-824VUP to the Factory Default Settings After you have tried other methods for troubleshooting your network, you may choose to Reset the DI-824VUP to the factory default settings. To hard-reset the D-Link DI-824VUP to the Factory Default Settings, please do the following: Locate the Reset button on the back of the DI-824VUP. Use a paper clip to press the Reset button and power on. Hold for about 5 seconds (do not hold for too long) and then release. (Or, release when the status LEDflashes.) After you have completed the above steps, the DI824VUP will be reset to the factory default settings. 98
