The installation procedure varies according to the operating system you are using. It is critical that you use the correct installation procedure for your operating system. Gather Information To make connecting and configuring your modem as easy and straightforward as possible, gather the information listed on the form that follows. Fill out the appropriate sections of the form for your operating system and ISP. Refer to the information during the installation and store the form in case you need to update the information at a later date. If you are using Windows 95, you must upgrade your Dial-Up Networking (DUN) application to version 1.3 or above. Open the file "MSDUN13.EXE" located on the Driver CD. The Microsoft DUN is also available for download from Microsoft at www.microsoft.com. Determine Your Operating System You must use the correct installation procedure for your operating system. If you are not sure exactly which operating system you are using, follow the instructions and write down the information on the form provided. Follow these steps to determine your operating system: 1. Go to the desktop. Right click on My Computer and select Properties. 2. Click on the General tab.
