TROUBLESHOOTING Before you call for service, review this list of troubleshooting solutions. • With the burner off, use a small-gauge
wire or needle to clean ports.
• Be sure cord is securely plugged into
the outlet.
• Burners can be lit manually. Check
house lights to be sure. Call your local
electric company for service.
2) Surface burner
flame burns half way
around
• Burner ports are clogged.
• Moisture is present after cleaning.
• With the burner off, use a small-gauge
wire or needle to clean ports.

burners thoroughly.
