Procedure 1 Slide the keyboard and keyboard-backlit cables into the system board and press down the connector latches to secure the cables. 2 Carefully turn the keyboard over, slide the tabs on the keyboard into the slots on the palm-rest assembly, and snap the keyboard into place. 3 Close the display and turn the computer over. 4 Replace the screw that secures the keyboard to the palm-rest assembly. Procedure
1
Slide the keyboard and keyboard-backlit cables into the system board and press
down the connector latches to secure the cables.
2
Carefully turn the keyboard over, slide the tabs on the keyboard into the slots on
the palm-rest assembly, and snap the keyboard into place.
3
Close the display and turn the computer over.
4
Replace the screw that secures the keyboard to the palm-rest assembly.
