dot1x max-req The dot1x max-req Interface Configuration mode command sets the maximum number of times that the Ethernet Switch Module sends an Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) - request frame (assuming that no response is received) to the client, before restarting the authentication process. Use the no form of this command to return to the default setting.
