Installing the Coin-Cell Battery 1. Place the coin-cell battery into its slot on the system board. 2. Press the coin-cell battery downward until the release latch springs back into place and secures it. 3. Install : a) drive cage b) fan shroud c) cover 4. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer. Removing the Memory 1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer. 2. Remove: a) cover. b) fan shroud c) drive cage 3. Press down on the memory retention tabs on each side of the memory module, and lift the memory module(s) out of the connectors on the system board. Installing the Memory 1. Align the notch on the memory-card with the tab on the system-board connector. 2. Press down on the memory module until the retention tabs spring back to secure them in place. 3. Installing the Coin-Cell Battery
1.
Place the coin-cell battery into its slot on the system board.
2.
Press the coin-cell battery downward until the release latch springs back into place and secures it.
3.
Install :
a)
drive cage
b)
fan shroud
c)
cover

Remove:

cover.
b)
fan shroud
c)
drive cage
3.
Press down on the memory retention tabs on each side of the memory module, and lift the memory module(s) out of
