When the analog audio signal input from the XLR terminal of the player equipped with XLR output terminal, and the video signal input from the HDMI terminal are combined in playback, assign "CD" input source to the HDMI terminal. During this playback, on the GUI menu, set "Input Mode" to "Analog". • With an HDMI connection, video and audio signals are transmitted simultaneously. To play the video signal assigned at "HDMI" combined with the audio signal assigned at "Digital", select "Digital" at the GUI menu "Source Select" - "Input Mode". • When the AVP-A1HDCI and monitor are connected with an HDMI cable, if the monitor is not compatible with HDMI audio signal playback, only the video signals are output to the monitor. NOTE • You cannot set HDMI terminal for the input source assigned to "iPod dock". • Audio signals input from the analog terminal, digital terminal and external input terminal (EXT.
