In this case press the button again to turn the trim mode off. Select the track w Turn the PARAMETERS knob and select for the 2-1 next track to be played. Track search start r When the CUE button is pushed after selecting the track, current playback CUE continues as the next track is searched for and the CUE/STUTTER standby mode is set. When the standby mode is set, the CUE button lights 3 up and the PLAY/PAUSE button flashes. • During this time, if a PLAY/PAUSE loop of 8 seconds or less is actively looping, it will continue to loop until PLAY is ultimately pressed. If a loop is over 8 sec, you must first EXIT from the loop in order to enter Next Tr mode. 12 • The time display indicates the remaining playback time for data in the memory after CUE is pressed. NOTE: The amount of time for which 3 playback of the currently continuing track can be continued is a maximum of 10 seconds from the time searching for the next track starts. 4-2 Next Track playback start t When the PLAY/PAUSE button is pushed, the 4-1 current playback is stopped and playback of the next track starts. The fade out time can be selected at ⁄4 PRESET "(2) Next Track". • If the PLAY/PAUSE button is not pushed after standing by at the next track, (when in the CONT.) playback mode, playback of the next track starts once all of the currently playing playback data has been played. [Start the Scratching] w When SCRATCH is selected as the Disc mode and Scratch Disc is turned by hand, the CD sound is 2 scratched. The stroke of a scratch can be selected at ⁄4 PRESET "(3) Scratch stroke". • Scratching may not possible immediately, because for example the disc memory has not been fully loaded yet. Stop the Scratching

When the SCRATCH DISC is released,
scratch play stops and normal play or pause
mode is set.
