Error Codes The air conditioner may display an error code if it is not operating correctly. Below are the list of error codes and their description. E5 Overcurrent protection Disconnect power, and then turn unit on after 10 minutes. If "E5" continues please contact customer service H8 Water reservoir is full Drain and empty the water reservoir. If "H8" continues please contact customer service F1 Malfunction of ambient Please contact customer service temperature sensor F2 Malfunction of Please contact customer service evaporator temperature sensor F0 Refrigerant is leaking or system is blocked Please contact customer service H3 Overload protection for If the unit is working in a high- compressor temperature and high-humidity environment, power off the unit and start it after the ambient temperature drops below 90° F. E8 Overload malfunction Also check the evaporator and condenser to ensure they are not blocked by any objects. If "H3" or "E8" continues please contact customer service.
