Your dehumidifier is designed to remove moisture in the air by condensation removal and collecting the water in a removable bucket, or draining into a drain hose that can be routed to a drain hole on the floor or condensate pump. Both numbers are located on the ratings label on the back of your unit and are needed to obtain warranty service.
